Messages from deep time.1
“We thrived before you came.”
“We’ll thrive after you’re gone.”
Messages from the past converge with messages from the future.
Worlds within worlds - - Indecipherable - - Alive.
We’re here, they say.
Carpe Diem. Seize the Day.
If you were ‘eclipsed’ on Monday, you’ve definitely witnessed the wondrous. May you continue to welcome the wonder into your world in the days and weeks to come. It’s all over the place, even right beneath our feet.2
Thank you, as always, for sharing your time in this particular place with me.
With gratitude for you being you,
Lyn
The solar eclipse on Monday also felt like a moment from deep time…in a different kind of way. I didn’t sense any particular message, but loved bearing witness with millions of others, all sharing a single moment, all differences set aside. Bliss.
My sister, who just arrived from Idaho, my father, who turns 90 in a few days, my husband who had unknowingly taken the day off, and I sat on our terrace and experienced a 98% eclipse. It was warm. The dogs were calm. We were grateful to be together. I see solar systems and wildlife sanctuaries and art studios within these meandering mold images which seem to transcend time. It’s impossible to not feel emotional about it all. My mother would have loved the eclipse; I think she would have been intrigued by the mold, but she would have loved the eclipse more. She liked shared drama.
