It is safe to cross;
We can play well together;1

And on the 100th Day, the early spring blooms appear.2
Old trees still stand.
Barns get the care they need.

And on a morning walk, there are ferns and flowers and a very happy dog.
Ever grateful for early summer colors, especially after the rain and in the company of fellow travelers - - human, canine and others.
Thank you for caring by sharing your time and this space with us.
With gratitude,
Lyn
Compost - - a constant reminder that the mixing and mingling of carbon and nitrogen-based materials and of people and ideas are all essential for healthy soils and a healthy society. While easy to believe this idea in the abstract, it can be hard to put into practice, especially when living in community, as I now am…But if you keep showing up, beauty emerges.
I started working with my wedding dress (Embodied Fiber, Feb. 27) as part of The 100 Day Project…and continued to explore it (Airspace: Words, Objects & Breath, April 10) until the 100th day, which was Monday, June 2.
It’s a work in progress, but now that I’ve begun, how can I stop? So now I’m going to continue the garden narrative for another 100 days. Wish me luck!
I appreciate your visual meanderings and the thread you weave between photos and words and life and death and compost - it always fills me with a moment of peace and appreciation.
Glad to find you. Looking for more from you.
